AWA was great! Granted, I don't really do much at cons anymore. I go for the Dealers room, the cosplay, and Artists Alley for the most part. While I didn't have a table this year, I'm actually a bit glad because I know that if I did, I'd be sicker than a dog right now from overworking myself. I love what AWA Artists Alley has done, though, and I'm really hoping to get a table next year.

My White Mage costume came out pretty good, considering I was up until 4am on Friday to finish it in time to leave for the con at 8am. I think I'm going to try and line it, though, as the seamlines bother me and I think it'll look even better if I did.
I fell asleep in the lobby...and apparently was a subject of people's photos without even knowing it.

I also stopped by in Artists Alley a few times and talked to *kuroitora, who drew me an awesome sketchcard of Roxie in return for the Pocky I got him; I finally got to meet =One-Vox, who I've been watching since...well...forever ago, and =frozenlilacs, who I've always admired and is SUCH a sweetheart! I also got a wonderful commission of Munch and Rock done by ~Cinnamoron! I really had SO much fun talking to these guys! I miss having other artists around.

I ended up getting a Domo-Kun bag specifically for my tablet laptop so that I'm not lugging around a huge computer bag all the time when I want to bring it somewhere. I also FINALLY got the fourth book of The Demon Ororon, which I've been trying to finish my collection for a good four years now, and I got two new Copic markers(Ciaos...just to try them out) and three refills on markers I know are drying out that I needed. And Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, which completes my Kingdom Hearts collection of games until next week when the DS game comes out. Can't. Wait.

Today I think I'm going to organize my gallery a bit...maybe get a scan or two in and uploaded...and do some drawing, I think.
I have to prepare for 24 Hour Comic Day, which is happening at Kingdom Comics on the 3rd of October(I think)...and I'm just in a good sketching mood since talking to people this weekend.
